Join us at the annual Black Diamond Labor Days celebration on Aug 31 - Sep 2!  Celebrate Black
Diamond’s history with some old-fashioned, family-oriented fun! Black Diamond is a historical coal
mining town located between Maple Valley and Enumclaw on Highway 169, thirty minutes from I-405 in

The festival kicks off on Saturday night with a concert and movie on the grounds. Booths will be open
on Sunday and Monday. The festival hours are 10:00 am—4:00 pm with live entertainment both days
from noon – 4 pm and the Labor Day parade on Monday at 10 am. Booth set-up will be 7:00-9:30 am on
Sunday and Monday. Because the highway will be closed for the parade on Monday morning, it is a
good idea to get there early for the best parking. This is a community-supported event and we encourage
you to attend both days. There is also no additional cost for participating both days. Booths are 10x10
or 10x20 with fees up to $100 (see application). There are a few with electricity for an additional $20. To
apply, please complete the enclosed application and return with all fees by postmarked by August 23,
